Effective for the 2026–2027 Season
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all coaching programmes, lesson packages, court bookings, events and services provided by Racket World International (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By booking, purchasing or participating in any programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
1. Venues Covered
These Terms apply to services delivered at all venues, and any other Racket World International venue:

2. General Booking TermsAll bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once payment has been received.Full payment is required before the first lesson, unless otherwise agreed with us in writing.We reserve the right to amend schedules, venues or coaches where operationally necessary.By making payment, clients accept these Terms in full.3. Ritz-Carlton JBR Term ProgrammeOne enrolment reserves one fixed weekly place for the entire term.Two weekly sessions require two separate enrolments.Mid-term enrolments are charged on a pro-rata basis.Term fees reserve a player’s place for the duration of the term.4. Make-up Lessons – Ritz-CarltonWhere at least 24 hours’ notice is provided, players may request to attend another suitable group during the same term, subject to coach and court availability. Make-up lessons are not guaranteed and cannot be transferred into another term. Missed lessons without sufficient notice are forfeited.5. Other VenuesPrivate, Semi-Private and Group lessons are available as single sessions or as packages of 10. Clients may maintain a fixed weekly booking or schedule flexibly, subject to availability.All packages of 10 — Private, Semi-Private and Group — are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Packages remain valid for the current playing season (31st August 2026 - 17th June 2027) unless otherwise stated, and expired, unused sessions are forfeited.6. Cancellation Policy7. Refund PolicyAll bookings, packages, camps and events are non-refundable once purchased. This policy exists because significant costs — including coach scheduling and court hire — are committed in advance.In exceptional circumstances, such as serious medical emergencies supported by documentation, management may, at its sole discretion, offer a credit note, partial refund or alternative solution. Any exception granted does not establish a precedent.8. Weather, Venue Changes & Coach ChangesOutdoor sessions will proceed unless Racket World International determines that conditions are unsafe. Where practical, sessions may be relocated, rescheduled or credited. Coaches may be substituted when necessary, without entitlement to a refund.9. Player ResponsibilitiesPlayers must:Arrive on timeWear appropriate sports attire and footwearFollow all coaching instructionsBehave respectfullyDisclose any relevant medical conditions before participating10. LiabilityParticipation in tennis and padel involves inherent risks. Racket World International accepts no responsibility for injury, loss or damage to personal belongings, except where required by applicable law.11. Photography & PrivacyPhotographs or videos may occasionally be taken for coaching or marketing purposes. Clients wishing to opt out should notify Racket World International in writing. Personal information is handled responsibly and used only for legitimate business purposes.12. Force MajeureRacket World International shall not be liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including adverse weather, government restrictions, venue closures or other unforeseen events.13. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.14. AcceptanceBy booking, purchasing or participating in any lesson, package, programme or event, the client confirms that they have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions, Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONSBookings & PaymentQ. Do I need to pay before my first lesson?A. Yes. Full payment is required before the first lesson, unless we have agreed otherwise with you in writing.Q. Is my spot confirmed as soon as I book?A. Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been received and is subject to availability at the time of confirmation.Q. Can I book two sessions a week under one enrolment?A. No. Each weekly session requires its own separate enrolment for Ritz Term Program. For all other venues Yes.Ritz-Carlton Term ProgrammeQ. What happens if I join partway through a term?A. Mid-term enrolments are welcome and are charged on a pro-rata basis for the remaining weeks.Q. Does my term fee guarantee my spot for the whole term?A. Yes. Term fees reserve your fixed weekly place for the full duration of the term.Make-up Lessons & CancellationsQ. I can’t make a lesson — can I get a make-up session?A. If you give at least 24 hours’ notice, you may request to attend another suitable group in the same term, subject to coach and court availability. Make-up lessons cannot be carried over into a new term.Q. What if I cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice?A. The session is forfeited. No refund, credit or reschedule will be provided.Q. What happens if I simply don’t show up?A. The session is forfeited in full, with no entitlement to a make-up, credit or refund.Q. I arrived late — can my lesson be extended?A. No. Lessons finish at the scheduled end time regardless of arrival time.Packages & ExpiryQ. Do my 10-session packages expire?A. Yes. All packages of 10 — Private, Semi-Private and Group — are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase, and remain subject to the current playing season unless otherwise stated. Unused sessions are forfeited once they expire.RefundsQ. Can I get a refund if I change my mind?A. No. All bookings, packages, camps and events are non-refundable once purchased, as costs such as coach scheduling and court hire are committed in advance.Q. Is there ever an exception to the no-refund policy?A. In exceptional circumstances — such as a serious medical emergency supported by documentation — management may, at its sole discretion, offer a credit note, partial refund or alternative solution. Granting an exception in one case does not set a precedent for others.Weather & Scheduling ChangesQ. What happens to outdoor sessions if the weather is bad?A. Outdoor sessions proceed unless we determine that conditions are unsafe. Where practical, affected sessions may be relocated, rescheduled or credited.Q. Can my coach be changed without notice?A. Yes, coaches may be substituted when operationally necessary. This does not entitle clients to a refund.GeneralQ. What should I bring or wear to lessons?A. Players should arrive on time in appropriate sports attire and footwear, follow all coaching instructions, behave respectfully, and disclose any relevant medical conditions before participating.Q.
