TERMS OF SERVICE

 1. Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all bookings, payments, and use of services provided by Racket World International (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By purchasing or booking any service through Stripe or other platforms, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Racket World International provides:

  • Tennis and padel coaching (private & group)

  • Court bookings

  • Camps, events, and social sessions

All services are subject to availability and operational capacity.

3. Payments

  • All payments must be made in advance via Stripe or approved payment links.

  • Prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams).

  • The amount charged will match the amount displayed at checkout.

  • We accept Visa and MasterCard debit/credit cards.

Failure to complete payment will result in no confirmed booking.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • All bookings are non-refundable unless approved by management.

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule sessions.

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) and no-shows are fully charged.

Due to operational commitments (court rentals and coach scheduling), refunds are generally not possible.

5. Package Terms

  • All lesson packages must be paid in full before the first session.

  • Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Validity: 3 months unless otherwise stated.

  • Unused sessions will expire after validity.

6. User Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Arrive on time for sessions

  • Follow coach instructions and safety guidelines

  • Maintain appropriate conduct at all venues

Racket World reserves the right to refuse service for misconduct.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Participation in sports activities involves inherent risks.

Racket World International is not liable for:

  • Injuries sustained during sessions

  • Loss or damage to personal belongings

  • Any indirect or consequential damages

Clients participate at their own risk.

8. Changes & Cancellations by Company

We reserve the right to:

  • Reschedule sessions due to weather or unforeseen circumstances

  • Replace coaches when necessary

In such cases, sessions will be rescheduled or credited.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
