Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. General Policy
All bookings made with Racket World International (including coaching sessions, court bookings, packages, and events) are non-refundable, except under exceptional circumstances approved at management’s discretion.
By confirming a booking, clients agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Coaching Packages & Lesson Bookings

All lesson packages must be paid in full prior to the first session.

Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Package validity: 3 months from date of purchase (unless otherwise stated).

Unused sessions after expiry will be forfeited.
3. Cancellation Policy (Lessons & Court Bookings)
More than 24 hours’ notice

Clients may reschedule their session at no additional charge.

Sessions must be rebooked within the package validity period.
Less than 24 hours’ notice (Last-Minute Cancellation)

The session will be fully charged.

No reschedule or credit will be provided.
No Show
-
The session will be fully charged and forfeited.
4. Late Arrivals

Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival.

No extensions or partial refunds will be provided.
5. Refund Exceptions (Limited Cases Only)
Refunds will not be provided in most cases due to:

Court rental commitments
-
Coach scheduling and salaries
-
Operational costs already incurred
However, exceptions may be considered in the following cases:
a) Medical Emergency (Proof Required)

Credit note may be issued (not cash refund)
-
Valid for future use within a set timeframe
b) Relocation / Leaving UAE

No cash refund
-
Remaining balance may be:

Converted into credit, OR
-
Partially refunded at management discretion (typically up to 30%)

6. Credit Policy

Approved credits must be used within the assigned validity period

Credits are non-transferable
-
Credits cannot be exchanged for cash
7. Weather & Force Majeure

Sessions cancelled by Racket World due to weather or unforeseen circumstances will be:

Rescheduled, OR
-
Credited to the client account
-
8. Coach Changes
-
Racket World reserves the right to substitute coaches when necessary.

No refunds will be issued due to coach changes.
9. Events, Camps & Programs
-
All events, camps, and group programs are non-refundable.
-
Missed sessions within programs cannot be carried forward or refunded.
10. Agreement
By booking any service with Racket World International, clients acknowledge and agree to this policy.
